Is it possible for my computer to write japanese?
I just wanted to know if I can write japanese signs on my computer… If possible, how?
In most Windows Operating Systems you can easily turn this option on by going to your Control Panel and double clicking on Regional and Language Options.
Once this is open, go to the Keyboards and Languages tab and click the button Change Keyboards. You will see an “Add” button under the “General” tab, click that and in the following displayed list scroll down to Japanese and click the + to expand the menu. Under “Japanese (Japan)” : “Keyboard”, ensure that Japanese and Microsoft IME are selected with a check mark. Click “OK” to continue.
In the “General” tab again, make sure that the default input language is set to your native language or most used (in mine, it is “English (United States) – US”). Click “Apply” to apply those settings and exit the Regional and Language Options.
The default method of switching back and fourth from your native language to Japanese would be in the toolbar (with the “Start” button). You will see a small “EN” (or your default language) left of the clock. Click this and select Japanese.
Now you will have a “JP” and “A” square. Click the “A” and scroll to Hiragana. This “A” should now turn into an “A” in Hiragana (?). Now you are ready to begin typing in Japanese.
This will naturally come out at Hiragana but will guess what you mean in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji. As you use this more and more, the computer will learn what you type and the guessing will become more accurate.
In order to change back to English, be sure to click the “JP” followed by “EN”.
This tutorial was written step by step for Windows Vista and as I remember correctly, it should work in earlier versions too. I hope this helped.
How to hack a computer?
Of course I’m asking this knowing the risks of hacking other people without their consent and all that bull. I’m not planning on wasting time on that. I’m asking because I took a course of network administration in college but I never learned too deep on security, and I would like to practice on my own LAN. So I know the terms like port scanning and all that but I’ve never been able to get into one of my computers. Can somebody tell me how to do this?
There are several approaches to this. Which approach to use kind of depends on the system and network. You seem like you are a little technically inclined so I’ll refer you to www.backtrack-linux.org, or if you are not familiar with linux at all, you should probably try using mint or ubuntu for general use before taking a crack a backtrack.
Use there forums and wiki for in depth information. It looks like your looking for more than just a step by step process to exploit a computer, which is a good sign xD. I’m sure you will find those resources useful.
@ Dominik, No lol. Certain configuration (particularly generating keys via gpu) can easily generate 10s of thousands of keys a second. Even a high level scripting language like python can guess a character key in less than a minute. Programs and scripts play a big role in hacking, especially concerning information gathering and cracking.
How can I make a virtual pet website with coding?
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.
